For each of Florida's school districts, Project 10 provides contact information for district personnel and brief descriptions of the transition-related resources available to students with disabilities. Resources fall within the following categories:

Note: Florida Virtual School (FVS) is a statewide district and school choice option available to students and families. Regional Transition Representative 3 supports FVS, resulting in FVS being linked to Region 3 in the Project 10 Directory Map (Represented in Green).
