The Pompano Substance Abuse Treatment Center is a moderate risk Department of Juvenile Justice residential treatment facility for boys ages 13-18. Students participating in the Culinary Arts program learn meal planning, kitchen operation, table setting etiquette, food serving, portion control, cooking and baking, plate garnishing, and how to work together as a productive team. Program participants will also earn a Safe Serve Food Handling Certificate.
