Financial Education Curricula

This comprehensive financial education curriculum from the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) is designed to enhance financial skills and create positive banking relationships for youth and adults outside the financial mainstream. The Money Smart curriculum is available free of charge in several languages and formats including:

  • An instructor-led curriculum for adults on CD-ROM available in nine languages and print versions for the visually impaired
  • An instructor-led curriculum, Money Smart for Young Adults, for youth  between the ages of 12-20 on CD-ROM
  • A self-paced Computer-Based Instruction (CBI) format online for ages 13 and over in English and Spanish
  • A portable audio (MP3) version, Money Smart Podcast Network
