The Gadsden 18-22 Transition Program serves students with disabilities who are 18-22 who  need continued employment and agency supports.  The IEP team determines whether the program is appropriate for the student.  The program  includes the following centers: career experience, preparation, and placement; PAES Lab. Students are typically enrolled in the following courses: Career Experience, Preparation, Placement; Self-Determination; and Life Management/Transition. Student participate in off-campus / community-based work experience and travel training.
